How long does it take to make my ring?

About 3–5 business days after you approve the design. Then we ship it with tracking.

Will I see the design first?

Yes. We send you a digital preview by message or email. We start making your ring only after you approve it.

How do I add my initials?

Type them in the “Your initials” box above Add to cart, in the order you want them. For a custom style, message us on WhatsApp.

Do I pay customs fees?

United States: no, we cover the import duties.

Other countries: local duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.

How long does the plating last?

Gold Plated: 3-month plating warranty.

Gold Vermeil: 6-month plating warranty.

How do I care for my ring?

Keep it away from water, perfume and chemicals, and store it in its box. We offer free lifetime maintenance; you only pay shipping.

What comes with my ring?
