How long does it take to ship my order?
Every order is handcrafted and usually ships within 1–3 business days. We ship worldwide, and every order includes a tracking number.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Buyers outside the United States may need to pay import duties or fees on delivery. Message us before ordering if you would like to confirm how fees apply to your country. We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 2 days of purchase.

What is the chain length? Can I get a different size?
Yes. Choose any chain length you like and we will make it for you. Your necklace arrives with the pendant already attached to the chain, packed in its gift box. Our standard chain is an adjustable 16+2 inch (40+5 cm). See our size guide for pendant sizes.
Which metals do you offer?
925 sterling silver, gold plated, 14k gold vermeil, platinum plated and 14k solid gold. Choose your metal and size from the options on each product page.
Will my jewelry tarnish or cause allergies?
Our pieces are made for everyday wear from hypoallergenic materials with a high-quality finish that keeps its shine. To keep your jewelry beautiful for years, avoid direct contact with water, perfume and lotions. If you notice any irritation, please contact us and we will help.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every order arrives in a gift box, ready to give, and we can include a personal gift note on request.
Can I add an engraving?

Returns
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and refunds are processed once we receive the item. Read our full returns policy.
