Every Dualora piece is made to order, so you can make it yours.
1. Choose your design
Pick a medallion from our collections, then select your metal and pendant size on the product page.
2. Add your engraving
Most pendants can be engraved on the back with a name, a date, initials or a few meaningful words. Our customers have added names, quotes and messages in their own language. Add your text in the order note at checkout, or message us before ordering.
3. Choose your chain length
Tell us the chain length you want and we will make it for you. Your necklace arrives with the pendant already attached to the chain, packed in its gift box. Our standard chain is an adjustable 16+2 inch (40+5 cm).
4. Need something completely new?
We design custom pieces from scratch in MatrixGold and ZBrush, from family crests to your own sketch. You review 3D renders before anything is made. Start your custom design.
5. Handcrafted and shipped
Your piece is made and usually ships within 1–3 business days, in a gift box with tracking.
