Customs & Import Fees

United States:

Orders are sent with DDP shipping. Applicable U.S. customs duties and import charges are covered by us.

Europe and other destinations:

Applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Plating Warranty

• Gold Plated: 3 months
• Gold Vermeil: 6 months

If a plating-related issue is covered by the warranty, the item will be remade and reshipped.

Avoid prolonged exposure to perfume, chemicals, cleaning products, and moisture. Store your ring in its Dualora Jewellry gift box when it is not being worn.

Lifetime maintenance service is available free of charge; shipping costs are not included.
